I have been in this company for more than 1 week, this company is diffrient from others.I wait for 1 week to get Identifier,but it was still under making, and because of that I rested for one week.
Today is the second week's monday, I am still waiting for the new Identifier.
Just now I make a wrong thing that I never payed attention to is that I touch her arm when I have something to ask her, and she may feel not comfortable and said to me that's not polite. She said if I have some thing to ask her I can call her name TanuShree or use execuse me as an instead. She is a girl from india, this is the first time she make me feel embarrassed and I will pay attention to that next time.
Our new company is called Cognizant, it's an india software company, it's larger than my prior company, and more people here, but some of them are also waiting for projects.
this company is diffrient with others, if they have project and they will announce you , but you can not be involved into that project directly, they will have an interview on you , if you passed or proper, they will employ you, this is really diffrient and if you can not pass the interview, you will still be on bench and waiting for the next project.
